As we head off again today to Shrewsbury for a wedding at the lovely Wroxeter Hotel
A stunning venue for wedding photography set against a stunning backdrop
Set in beautiful countryside halfway between Telford and Shrewsbury, The Wroxeter Hotel is a family run business and enjoys easy access from the A5 and M54. With modern and well appointed bedrooms and extensive banqueting and conferencing facilities, we are popular for weddings and parties as well as for conferences and team building.
Within walking distance is the Roman site of Viriconium, Wroxeter’s Anglo Saxon church and the most northerly red grape vineyard in the World. Within easy reach are the Shropshire hills, Welsh Marches and popular sites such as the Ironbridge Gorge and associated World Heritage Site.
Over the years we have been fortunate enough to photography many weddings at this stunning venue. The grounds make such a lovely backdrop and even on wet days like today, there are always areas around to shoot.
Most memorable is a gothic themed wedding we did there a few years ago for Chantelle and Adam, where we were able to take advantage of the church grounds next door to get some really spooky shots
