Occasionally its nice to take a break from photographing weddings….well and people generally and do something a bit different.

When asked to take some promo photos fro a Bird Park in Leicester, initially I was a tad concerned as it was massively outside my comfort zone and normal sphere of photography.

Still I trot along on a nice  sunny afternoon, wonder round for a bit to get a feel for the place and then start to snap away.

I was pleased the images and the venue were happy with them, so I must have managed to do something right.

Tell you what though, some of those emu’s are scary birds when your up close and personal with them
