As we head into the busy Easter weekend we look forward today the weddings of Lyndsey and Craig as they tie the knot at Hogarths in Solihull. The other half of the team head north today to Woodborough Hall, Nottingham for the wedding of Kate and Richard.
We wish both these couples all the very best for today and their future lives together
This time last year we had 2 weddings as well. The first being the wedding of Asher and Daniel at probably my favourite venue, Blakelands. We started off at the lovely St Chads and All Saints Church in Sedgley and then moved across to this beautiful venue. With Daffodils in full bloom and plentiful in decoration and the early summer sun streaming through trees ( unlike today unfortunately ), this really was a perfect setting for this lovely couples day.
Blakelands as ever provides a stunning backdrop for photos and is one of those really self indulgent kind of venues. With the beautiful old house as the backdrop and then the stunning greenery and fishing lakes, what more could you want. In all a perfect setting for the perfect couple on their special day.
The other half of our team were over in Sandwell at the lovely Sandwell Registry Office. Again, one of those very underrated venues. Not only is the registry office itself a lovely venue inside and very welcoming, the grounds around it provide a lovely backdrop for the couples and groups photos. Jim and Helen had a great day in the sunshine and that’s what matters. Always love a good wedding as well when there’s a red double decker for the wedding party.
As they both come round to their first anniversary weekend, we wish both this couples well and hope they have a great Easter
